our paper cups are made of a carefully proportioned combination of paper fans and bottom paper, with 4-5 tons of paper fans matched with 1 ton of bottom paper, ensuring that neither paper fans are wasted nor bottom paper is left over during the production process.

PE coated paper is the most widely used material at present.

Production Process

After the uncoated raw material is coated into PE coated paper, two main processes are involved:
• Paper cup fan: According to the customer's customized design, the PE coated paper is multi-color printed and cut to finally form the paper cup fan.
• Bottom paper: According to the customer's different size requirements, the PE coated paper roll is cut into paper rolls of the same width for the production of paper cups.
